In the mid 1980's I started working with Wal-Mart doing health screenings across the United States. In 1990 I formed CIA Health Screening. Through CIA Health Screening we worked with Wal-Mart to promote the "Grand Opening" of new locations. Not long after that we started opening Sam's Club pharmacies. Since then CIA Health Screening has opened every new Sam's Club pharmacy while promoting health and wellness in a retail setting.
